Sir, i have purchased 321ltrs refrigerator from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, branch 21hemant basu sarani kolkata-700001, invoice no hbs/sa/1718/07373 dated[protected] but till date i have not receipt. They have not delivery. Several days i am going but they have not suitable reply. Md sayed phone no-[protected] said to me your items not to stock in our go - down and when i am calling phone the said phone switch off. I can not understand when i purchase the said item stock in your godown. Why not delivery. Request immdt delivery otherwise i have complain lodge to consumer forum. Tanay sanyal.
