The product was purchased on 15th June 2019 and we were promised a delivery on 21nd but it was then shifted to 22nd June because apparently even after placing a P.O. wrong product was delivered to the store from the company (how can that be even possible because P.O. is nothing but a purchased order and no company will deliver anything different from the mentioned P.O.).
Okay this is also considered now they are again placing an order to which the product is supposed to be delivered to the store on 25th June 2019, which was actually done. Now the product is delivered to the store on 25th June and today it is 27th June, it will not take more than half a day to deliver the product considering every posiible aspect.
Now it was promised to me yesterday over call that it will be delivered today before 2pm, no calls from the store till 2:15pm, and losing my patience I called the store to which the manager of the store told me that he came to know about it today (how can someone be the manager of something and does not have an idea what is going on inside his concerned working place)
Okay now losing my patience I asked them to refund my money but they have an awesome policy of refunding after 7 days to which I have no trust because if they can harass me for 15days even after full payment, they can go to extent of harrasmemt for the refund also. So no trust. So had to reconsider delivery.
After so much follow ups and so much time waste he has a conclusion that he will deliver it tomorrow.
So now it came up that they were all lying fr these many days and were wasting my time even after so many follow ups from my side. Such pathetic customer relation they have in their store.
It does not matter to them that our time is wasted they are only considered for their own profit and also they does not have any value for the commitments given to the customer.
Highly disappointed from the service.
