I subhas chandra bera purchased a Hitachi AC being model RAU019CVEA-1.5 TON (400i), from your KAMARHATI BR vide invoice no KA/SA/1516/01684 dt[protected] & installed in june-2015.Initially for two months it provides satisfactory cooling in the year 2015. But ultimately due to favourable weather condition we do not take the service of AC .But in this year, when we have started to use the AC purchased from your Kamarhati br in the last week of March 2016 I find that the AC is not giving satisfactory cooling .Hence We have made several request through telephone, personal visit for several times has also been made on and from March 2016.Ultimatelly a docket no ([protected]) is being received.But no solution for optimal use of AC is yet to be achieved.
In this dismal condition, it is observed that after sells service is totally broken down in your part .Hence please arrange for replacing the existing defective machine by a new one .As because the, 1) AC is still in the covering of warranty period & you have failed to provide satisfactory service in span of more then one and half month.2) Why I shall use the defective manufactured AC by paying the full amount.
Hope you will take the necessary steps to redress my grievance.
