We had purchased Samsung 1.5ton 3 star AC from Great Eastern Beckbagan on 29th March as per the Sales Executive Mr. Abhijeet Normal delivery will take within 2 days but due to strikes we have pending old order, hence it will take 3-4 days max.
after 3-4 days when i try to connect on store mobile no :[protected] (printed on bill) its becomes switch off. After a lot of hurdle we get one no from store who is taking care of delivery Mr. Shamim [protected]. He replied its wrong no in first response. after repeated calling he did nt give proper response.
Finally i left from office and reached on Stored they replied please speak to our manager Mr. Kamlesh ji .
At last i got a hope that some one responsible who can resolved my problem. but its my misfortune that he replied the product u order is not in our stock and we tried to managed from our Liluah Branch office.
So it will take more time to deliver own your destination!!!
The awesome replied make me laugh. why the hide & seek game is going on since the time i purchased? why not i will look for another Product? Who is responsible Samsung or Store Keeper or Manager or Great Eastern ? who did nt make the service on time? who is responsible for wasting time of their and my also?
