To The manager, Great Eastern Trading co, Chinsurah West Bengal India - 700020 Sub : Delaying the delivery process & installation This is to inform you that the I have purchased a Havells instanio prime 6-litre geyser on 4th november. Billing was done from Chinsurah branch and the product was supposed to be delivered at 18 Shibtala lane bhadreswar hooghly .Today is 11th.I was told that it will take 2/3 days time for delivery & Installed . 9/11/2021 the product was delivered but till now no installation is happened which earlier said to be happen within 7th nov. Now 11 /11/ 2021 Still now product was not installed. It is not expected from such big name. Please sort out my problem otherwise I have to think in some other way.
