Great eastern asansol and kamarhati branch outlets i have recently visited in connection with my recent purchase of one samsung fully automatic washing machine (Item description samsung wa 62h4100hd/6.2kgtop load wm sl no 01637) and samsung single door 192 litre refrigerator as on 13/8/16. They are keenly interested to make the bill and take the money without bothering about the timely delivery, demo and installation at the mailing address. I have had horrible experience of getting damaged product on unpacking and also to loose valuable time and money to get installed and commissioned by service center. They even need not bother to receive the phone call to give the delivery in time and after sales demo and installation arranged by respective service centre. Updated by Tarun kumar bandyopadhyay I have purchased one samsung refrigerator and one fully automatic washing machine from asansol branch of great eastern on 13/08/16 billing address with delivery address for the washing machine to my kolkata flat at dunlop rathtala.
Matter was supposed to be simple in on line billing and marketing network of great eastern but i have experienced very badly in their handling the issue in a very inefficient manner.
Great eastern, kamarhati delivered the material after consistent persuance and both great eastern kamarhati and asansol smartly avoided their task of arranging for the demo and installation of the product within legitimate time through the regional service centre.
It appeared that they have washed their hands as soon as i signed and made full payment on 13/08/16.
Is this an example of good customer relationship and professionalism on your part and will i ever live advertise in your favor to promote your marketing? Being disgusted with your pattern of working indifferently i made another "non great eastern" purchase in kolkata on 21/8/16 for which delivery demo and installation has been efficiently managed by the seller within less than 24 hours.
Your cost to cost offer is a blatant eyewash cheating customers of their hard earned money and you are forgetting that whatever showmanship you are displaying that is from our contribution while buying a product.
