I bought fridge on 4th july from NAIHATI BRANCH. I got a broken fridge on 5th july in hand. I asked the dealer to change the fridge. They provided me a new one on 9 th july as a replacement policy. This time also the fridge was damaged. They called me to supervise the replacement one at 12 pm . At that time the fridge was ok. But they delivered me at 5.00 pm though my home is just near the store within 5 minutes walking distance. And when we opened the cartoon we saw the fridge was damaged. All my money is go in vain. I pray to store manager to do replacement again. But his response is no. What should I do now? Please sort out my problem otherwise I have to think in some other way. Waiting for kind help & cooperation.
