With a very bad experience during my first purchase from great eastern, i purchased in cash a small 22 inches led tv invoice no 19/sa/1718/06008 (Panasonic th22d400dx) on 15th june 17, from your well known baguihati branch with the help of customer executive mr. Sumit dhawan (Ph.[protected]), as per his suggestion i choose panasonic model which one was displayed at the showroom, and after completing the process of payment i told him to deliver a new seal pack product to my delivery address not this one.
And same i request him twice...
But on 16th june 17, at 9pm. When i got the delivery from sonu, delivery person. It was that same old displayed one, made in july 2016 with lot of dust and darts.. Also some screws are missing...
So i want to ask you, is it the expected service which i literally bye from you, a well known company. Almost one year old product which was displayed for long time in showroom, is it not cheating with the customer.
I don't know what will be your action after getting this mail but i will surely take this matter to the consumer forum.
