Great Learning — Course Fee Refund

Hi,
I’m deepak resident of Hyderabad. I was so much interested to learn Cloud Computing from the scratch and add the skill to my profile and get better opportunities. I came across Great Learning and I got in touch with them. I was told that all the basics will be covered but this course is only for those who are from tech background but not for folks from non tech background like me. After realising that this course only for tech folks, I reached out to the program manager quoting the issue and my personal reasons and the course content not being useful for me. I requested for a refund but the program manager confirmed that almost 70% of the course is done and there is no option. Even though 70% of the course is done this course is not for folks from non-tech. This should have been mentioned in the beginning when I reached out to great learning but they never do it to make money. I request someone to take action on this to ensure that others are not trapped. Please check and let me know if there is any option to get my money back.
