1. One mr. K subrahmanyam (Who doesn't own any flat in this residency) had constructed unauthorized residential unit in the cellar of d no 45-57-7, sri tirumala residency, narasimhanagar, visakhapatnam (Zone 4, ward no 34) without any intimation to the flat owners ie me and without taking written consent from all the flat owners purely for personal gain.
2. He had not taken approval of town planning authorities prior to taking up this construction in the cellar in clear violation of extant rules.
3. He had dismantled the existing parking area meant for two wheelers thereby causing a lot of inconvenience to the flat owners. The residents are left with a very limited place in the cellar to park their vehicles in view of this proposed construction activity.
4. It is said that this extra residential unit is for the watchman. But there is already a single bedroom unit with attached bathroom provided to the watchman in the cellar. It is not understood why a watchman needs to be provided with two residential units.
5. Even this existing watchman room is not in the sanctioned municipal plan and is an unauthorized/unapproved construction and needs to be demolished. I am enclosing the copy of the sanctioned plan of this building for your perusal.
