Dear Sir
I would like to bring the glimpses of GVMC officials regarding the bouncing cheques action that will be taken by the GVMC Commissioner has been put in the news paper stating that The GVMC will be taking up the criminal case against the defaulters “The Times of India” dated 11th Feb 2014. Taking the same scenario I have put up on online complaint regarding the builders M/s Ayyappa construction Mr. AVN Murthy and his partners who have deviated the plan apartment and also sold the mortgaged flat which still in GVMC preview. At this Juncture it was advised me by GVMC Officials to put up a criminal case against the builder. I would like to recall why does the same should not be from the GVMC authorities. Does the mortgaged flat does come in pre-view of the GVMC until the occupancy certificate is issued. When an unauthorized person has occupied the mortgaged flat which is the GVMC property still the clearance of the occupancy. Why no action has been initiated against the builder despite of my online complaint. The officials of GVMC visited for formality sake and still it is in the same way I could feel the fishy. I would like bring to the notice that when all the occupancies except for the mortgaged flat of the apartments have received the Property Tax books and also paying the taxes. At this Juncture I would also like to know from the authorities. As an Ex service Men we serve the nation in borders after toiling the our life we would like settle but get in infiltrated within our country where Justice asked they respond differently.
I would humbly request your good selves to intervene and kindly go into details of the Investigation process for the discrepancies and bring the defaulters as it stated for the property tax payers so that it will be believed Justice in the preview of GVMC will dealt equally in all the areas of its per-view..
