Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — Ownershp status changed without proper justification, ref : 47210 — urgent action please

Respected commissioner sir,

Please refer to the house tax assessment number: 47210, house no: 52-11-9, resapuvanipalem, visakhapatnam 530013.

I want to bring to your kind notice that i am the legal owner of the property after the sad demise of my late father major bora apparao reddy.

It may be noted that after my father death in december 2008, i applied for change of ownership with your kind office at zonal office 4 visakhapatnam, proving all my credentials, ownership along with all the relevant documents as required by the gvmc. After due verification by your gvmc officials the said property 52-11-9 at resapuvanipalem visakhapatnam 530013 was transferred to my name, and a new house tax book was issued on my name and i had paid all the necessary outstanding house tax arrears until today.

The point i would like to raise and bring to your kind notice is that while checking the gvmc online for any outstanding dues for the current year i noticed that my late father name b apparao reddy has resurfaced which caught me by surprise.

I would like you to please investigate if it is just a technical error on your systems or some malpractice is being carried out taking into confidence the staff at gvmc by someone outsiders to grab my property knowing that i am residing in united kingdom.

Further i would like mention that old mother who is aged 70 plus is presently residing at the residence mentioned.

I would appreciate if you could kindly investigate and resolve the matter
