Dear Commissioner,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding the increasing disturbance caused by street dogs during night times in our locality priya gardens, road no.12, 13, simhachalam, visakhapatnam. Recently some of street dogs attacked a small girl in our locality and left her with severe wounds in her ear, nack and back.
The growing number of stray dogs in the area has led to heightened fear among the public, especially during the night.
Residents are facing significant disturbances in their daily lives due to the constant barking and howling of these street dogs. Moreover, the fear of potential attacks is causing anxiety and distress among community members, particularly during nighttime hours. This situation poses a serious threat to public safety and well-being.
I understand that managing the street dog population is a complex issue, but I urge the GVMC to take immediate action to address this problem. Increased patrolling, effective sterilization programs, and awareness campaigns could contribute to finding a sustainable solution.
I request the GVMC to collaborate with relevant authorities and animal welfare organizations to implement measures that ensure the safety and tranquility of our neighborhood. Timely intervention is crucial to mitigate the distress experienced by residents.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the GVMC will take necessary steps to address the street dogs' issue promptly. Your commitment to the well-being of the community is highly valued.
