Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — sinking borewell pipes in the middle of public road

Yesterday[protected] night the owner of ews-4, beside sivalayam-saibaba temple, sector-6, mvp colony, visakhapatnam-17, dug up the road in front of ews-4 and sunk bore well pipes in the middle of the road. We request gvmc to immediately remove the bore well pipes from the road, fill up the damaged road, and arrest the criminal owner of ews-4 and prosecute him without any delay.

Sir my street road are totaly damaged but no gvmc officer take action and that gvmc site for complaint is also not working i dont now what purpose they made the site i now that after this also there will be no action
