Good day.
Kindly be informed that I have booked for 200 sq.yrds plot at their Bhiwadi project and paid a sum of Rs. 200000/- vide ICICI bank cheque No: 030731 dtd 18/10/2006, for which they have acknowledged with booking receipt No.1956/ Kshity Relators, dtd 30/10/2006 ( copy of the receipt is attached).
Thereafter, I have been made many correspondences to them with respect to the progress/further proceedings of the allotment, but all said correspondances has been returned as undelivered. Since then I am not able to get in touch with them, either for the allotment or refund of the booking amount with justified interest.
I am highly grateful to you, if you could intervene into my above submission to get justice favourably, as I am suffering financial loss since last 15 years.
