Green Gas Limited — misleading and false commitments by co.s marketing staff and non installation of png connection

I applied for a domestic png connection from green gas limited vide their registration no.31078 dated 09/01/2017 through their field staff asmat ali who assured me to get the connection installed within 15 days to receipt of payment which was made at the time of registration vide chque on 09/01/2017 for rs.6300/.
But inspite of my repeated reminders for installation and after the time lapsation of nearly seven months the connection was not installed by green gas limited and no one in their office was ready to take the responsibility for the delay. Finally when a legal notice was served to the company, they refunded the amount of rs.6000/- out of rs.6300/- without giving any reasons for such deductions.
Here i would like to raise a complaint against the company and its concerned officers regarding such fake commitments and demanding the interest on the amount and expenses of notice served to the company.

I have been complaining about wrong installation of the pipeline to Green Gas call centre and their mail id several times but of no avail. Have taken transfer of call to senior officers like Mr Rahul etc etc, each time I was assured that Green Gas Team would visit and rectify the wrong installation complaint but till now no one has visited. There is just no one to listed to the customers and proper action should be taken against them. At the time of installation, there was a guy named Abhishek. He was very rude and highly indisciplined. At the time of service installation, they also asked for Rs 100/- each for two guys who were digging the ground for pipeline. This company just does not take concern of the customer complaints, have hired wrong people . Their liscence should be cancelled. They are not doing proper and correct installation.
