GreenChef — Service is not getting for wet grinder which is under warranty

Updated by Thanappan Nair I am extremely disappointed to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of response from Greenchef company. To date, I have not received any response from Greenchef team regarding the issues I have encountered with my purchased product. It is disheartening to witness such a severe decline in customer service, especially when they promised excellent aftersales support and demonstrated politeness during the sales process. It is disconcerting to feel abandoned and neglected once the purchase has been made. As a customer, I believe it is our right to receive prompt and efficient assistance when encountering any problems or seeking clarification. Regrettably, it seems that this company has failed to uphold this basic principle. Considering the poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction, I firmly believe that this company, Greenchef should be banned from operating in order to protect future customers from similar disappointing experiences.
