Reg: Excess billing in bill no.[protected] dated 08.02.2015 for Rs. 96138/-
We are quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs.96138/- (Rupees Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty Eight only) against electricity consumption for the last 1 months at my facility.
It is just not possible for us to have used so much of electricity since the date of installation of meter.

This is to bring to your notice that we are running our factory at 10% capacity only and lights and fans etc which cannot consume more than 500 units a month.
There seems a mistake in noting down the readings.
Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount.
