I went to nagarbhavi branch in bangalore and for the first time to green trends itself..
And i have also experienced same thing.
I wanted to get a simple strait or "u"cut for rs.280 (I had decided by seeing d menu card itself).. I informed the professional before starting to cut.. He forced me to get a front cut but i strictly told i work for a public sector and i need only bottom edges of lengthy hair to be cut.in spite of that he forced me about front cut. The i asked him do u charge extra, but he told me 'don't worry i will do it at the basic hair cut cost only".. While cutting hair he showed me that he will cut 2 inches only.. But gradually he cut more than 5 inches of total length. I was disappointed..
In between he showed me irrelavant hair products, (Basically i have good hair smooth strait) which i didn't show interest to buy as they were too costly and not required for me.
And adding to that they charged me 860 + tax.. When i reminded him about his promise and lady at billing counter, they told how do you expect such a hair cut at low cost..
I lost my hair length and money and got only disappointment.. Very bad service. Was this information helpful? |
