[Resolved]  Grey Parrot Technology — H1B cheating done by Grey Parrot Technolgy by Hakeem and Shaheen parvez

How come someone say badly without being done anything if you cant resolve one issue raised here and how can we trust you for the whole process???

You have to resolve this in order to keep your name or you have to accept that you are a doing something wrong...

Just browsing the websites for some information on H1B and got the names from Linkedin and I was about to send an email to Grey parrot and found this complaint and just surprised with this sort of complaints on Grey parrot, Yaxis, H1B visas, path2 usa etc...

Just got to know all the frauds that are done over here by such companies.
and they say that they are issuing legal actions and just surprised to see that, not sure which one to believe and which not to...

This complaint is not been resolved yet, they are misleading you, nobody has called me for investigation on the case and they are posting wrong information here that they have initiated legal action...

These people never respond to the calls and emails and they want us to trust them by paying the money, how silly it was...

If you are doing some job to the people in getting the H1B visas, why is that you don't respond for 20 calls in 3 days, atleast these people have to call back the number to check why the person has called you these many times and they don't do it, all they want is Money without a service, which is equal to begging on a street or at a temple, don't fall into this peoples trap, you can contact me for further details and I will forward you there mails as well...

Today I got call for tier 2 visa process for UK and the process explained that i will be charged after getting shortlisted technical evaluation.. but i am puzzled after seeing this complaint

dont know what a do ?, , , should i need to belive or not ? ... how do i assure that i am not being cheated ?

We understand that there are lot of fraudulent players in this space and we firmly say that we don't belong to that category . We have rejection letters from our representative attorney for other 6 applications. We know very well about ourselves how fairly we are conducting Business with ethics . We are into consulting service business line so we hire potential and suitable candidates for our partners spread across in USA and UK basing on the demand and requirements . With regards to UK - we are successful getting two approvals recently on UK TIER2 . For the right people who are open to share our success and provide references as well . Without knowing facts if anybody founds to be either misleading or defaming our company's credentials deliberately - we shall not hesitate to initiate the legal proceedings against them at any given time

Yes, I agree with complaint submitter that Greyparrot is a big fraud.
Last year I filed my H1B through them and they took $4500 from me initially and agreed to refund $3750 if not selected.

Till now I have not received my refunds and none of them is picking the calls on their numbers now.
I have filed a consumer complaint which looks like of no use as of now.

Please beware.
I have all the proofs that I can provide.
