I placed 3 order on grofers last week of february 2020 in first order i already file complaints regarding delivery executive mr. Santosh and same person come for delivery and again in my order some items were damaged and some items were missing and i filed complaints regarding missing order grofers denied to give me refund and again in second order same thing happen 2 items were missing so filed complaint on grofers app they assure me that i got proper resolution for that after assurances my account got blocked and my future orders were cancelled which is ready for delivery.
