I have ordered for delivery of important items via Grofers (Order Number ORD[protected]. They have not delivered the items and when I contacted them through their chat window where as soon as I told about my problem the other person did not solved my problem and then later blocked my account. I later tweet them and then they left me customer support number. After calling them they mentioned they cannot help me as my account it blocked and they mentioned that due to network problem delivery person might have not called you but he had delivered the product, which is false. Customer Care person was rude and do not want to listen to complaint. Would not recommend to anyone in future Was this information helpful? |
