My order ord[protected] is supposed to be delivered by today 8-11pm.in website it shows order on the way. However, i have got an sms just now that the delivery has been rescheduled. This is ridiculous. Your fb messages are replied by bots, your customer care number does not work after evening and your website and sms communication has discrepancy. You call this customer care? Are you people doing charity? You are being paid for the services. How can you take it so casually? And this is not an exception. Your fb page is flooded with similar complains. My fault to rely on your commercials. Plz invest in customer care and support, rather than ads, since you cannot invest in both (That's what is seen from experience). Ridiculous!!!
