I ordered above mentioned order on 25th August. It was assigned to wrong store location. The assigned delivery executive Rahul said he won't deliver to the address as we don't serve in that location. 100 times I highlighted this thru your customer care via chat as well as via call, but your associates are really disgusting. From last 2 times they are rescheduling it without any rectification. You can check my chats and recorded statements wherein I said Rahul will not deliver as he said clearly to me.
Unfortunately they didn't listen anything rather they just delay things. Right now also they are in the same process. When asking to provide escalation matrix, they are not providing. Was this information helpful? |
