I have ordered grocery items on 19 march 2020 to avoid visit outside to follow lockdown. (Pfa pic1)
Order id – ord[protected] after putting order, they gave me, date of delivery 1 april 2020 with which i was fine.
Then they rescheduled delivery on 5 april and then to 8 april. (Pfa pic2)
But i was angry because of late delivery but i did not do any action because i understand corona pandemic problem. Only i want items which i have ordered.
On 8 april finally, i got items, but things are missing.
It has been mentioned on bill (Pfa pic3). I told delivery guy to deliver items again but not cancel.
But i got message that gofer has started refund process. I also send mail to them that if they started refunded they can deliver those items are missing on same price which i have ordered on 19 march.
When i have ordered items that time price is very low and nowadays prices of items are very high. Please find attached (Pic 4 (Pic of prices of missing items) and pic 5 (Nowadays price).
As obedient customer, what i am getting what? Waiting for missing item and even if i will try to order them, i will get them in high price.
Even after waiting period from 19 march 2020 (21 days).
I hope you will rescheduled delivery of items again on same price and deliver it to me asap. Otherwise please forward me my orange cash into my bank account.
So that i will uninstall this app who deceive me in such critical conditions.
