[Resolved] Groupon India / Nearbuy — Credits forfeited without prior notice | |||||
This is to inform the consumer forum that Nearbuy had started referral program and I was having credits worth 1500 that I earned & expiry date was showing to be 2017. Suddenly now it is showing 0 On calling customer care u r giving no response and saying it is expired on 31st March. Very bad again in email you are stating that it is expired. How did you change as per your needs? And even if you did then at least inform 24 hours earlier.

Do not believe this fraud company first it says it will give credits
Then after referring they got customers and gave me credits but now with restrictions to use it only on some of the deals. Later on they forfeit that also so we are left with nothing
They took full 1500 that I earned and gave me nothing. They got customers and cheated me.
Saying that we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. And they did so on that power. It's biggest fraud and breach of trust. I request to be aware from this as this is my viewpoint. Rest depends on you as everyone is independent. But seriously they are fooling everyone of you and making profits

Again the same reply. I know that you had the powers to alter terms and change the date as per your wish, but you fooled us. You got customers and then changed terms & conditions. Means we customers can be fooled?
