It is not advisable for anyone to purchase nearbuy vouchers any longer. Their customer support does not respond to emails and their phone lines are not working, so they have become totally unreachable. Nearbuy guarantees full refund of your money whenever you cancel their vouchers, but now they don't respond to any cancellation requests. I have mailing them daily for over a week to cancel the o2 spa voucher. This voucher had a discount offer applied so it can be cancelled only through the nearbuy support. I have even included ankur warikoo, nearbuy ceo, in my emails but nobody seems to care. Tomorrow, when the voucher expires, they will have no liability and can deny the refund. This is fooling and absolutely cheating the customers of their money. Nearbuy continues to announce new deals but everyone should know it is a risk to purchase nearbuy vouchers. Nearbuy is not reachable either on email or phone if you have any issue with the merchant or if you want to cancel the voucher. It is like putting the money in drain. I will escalate the matter further if nearbuy does not respond immediately. I suggest all buyers to refrain from using nearbuy until these people show some accountability.
