Groupon India / Nearbuy — Reg: Unhygienic Issue | |||||
I have booked a spa service in g male spa on 16.08.2021 through nearbuy.Com with a tariff of inr 899. After entered into the spa only, i came to know that restroom is completely dirty and not cleaned well. Moreover they are not wear mask and cloves, as they did not follow the covid-19 protocol. After i have informed this to front desk too, they are not taken care of. My health is literally affected because of this unhygienic situation. I have escalated this to human rights commission as a human rights activist and also file a defamation suit in high court chennai. I have contacted nearbuy customer care on the same day, mr.Shubam yadav lethologically told me that they will give refund of inr 300 only and that also will give only in nearbuy user money for future use. Because they completely trust the false words which was given from merchant. They are doing voluntarily because they do not want to lose merchant support for their business. Its completely rubbish.I do not need that and all. I need a justice what i lost and also need to take proper action against them for their negligence during this pandemic situation.
