Groupon India / Nearbuy — Voucher expired no refund

Same is happend with me for PVR voucher of INR349. I didn't get any notification that voucher is expiring.

I bought a Yana Sizzler voucher for INR ~1200 which got expired on 31 May 2017, I didn't get any notification that voucher is expiring. When I called customer service they told me it is not refundable. If these happens for even 100 customer they have earned 120000 INR for free, this is simply loot and unethical.
