[Resolved] Groupon India / Nearbuy — Vouchers | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased 3 nearbuy /groupon restaurant voucher. Actually we didn't used that voucher. When I checked the voucher status prior to it's expiry date... the status shows redeemed. There is no security in the voucher. When redeem by merchant If nearbuy/groupon notify the redemption detail by SMS immediately to the customer, at least we can track / prevent unauthorised redemption.
