Groupon — NON REFUND OF EXTRA AMOUNT

I had purchased two coupons for a spa. While paying for it suddenly there was a message regarding rejection of payment and I was told to try again. I tried again and then the payment was successful. But the amount for the previous interrupted payment has been deducted from my account . Kindly see to the matter and refund the extra amount that has been charged. I have been trying to contact Groupon since that day but no one called me back . They have just mailed me that money will be refunded within 7 days, but till date no refund has been credited to my account. It was an amount of Rs. 998/-. 1.
