We bought one product from grt store today and we are satisfied with the product but we are not satisfied with the way the floor incharge person was talking to us.. The person doesn't have a minimum common sense of speaking with the customers. I don't even understand how he was been recruited. Every customer feel like coming to the store only if they are greeted with respect... All i understood is that he only talks good with those customers who buy high value products.. And by looking at their faces.. I am giving this feedback here because i want an immediate action to be taken against that person and please make sure that he doesn't behave like this with anyone in the future.
