I bought Silver Chain in GRT Jewellery Shop in Kumbakonam. After Wearing Chain within 10 days it turns to black colour. Again i went shop they said some story but I am a technical person in Materials i never accept that story in material wise. They put Silver Coating gave to me.
Now within two days silver chain change to Black color ( Whole Black colour)
I asked composition content tag for that chain but the are not ready to given.
One of my friend facing same problem in gold chain fight with them and got new gold chain.
How can i get good chain and Content Tag.

just a few minute. I am a regular customer and a member of golden eleven scheme.And made prompt payments. Actually i was mobilised and induced by your counter people, which i accepted. But the behavior of your cashier receiving the cash remittances was very very adamant, negligent, reckles and short tempered in attending the qurris of the members of the scheme. I asked the cashier to clarify
whether i can skip the monthly installments for one momth as i have go to my
native place and i may not return before month end. He said yes. When i asked him whether it was inscribed in the membership card he recklessly even without seeing my face, gave the reply see it is there see. When i asked him again it was not there, his reply is you see first. Again the same reply. I have persistently asked the same and same reckless reply from him. While i am asking politely calling him andi in telugu he is giving reply in singular ( in telugu he used nuvvu) sir i am your regular customer . Presumably he was seeing me very very leniently which i could not digest. Even he does not cared my age (64) immediately i have paid the monthly installment. Sir i mobilized/i recommended your company and my younger daughter who is residing in usa also a high value customer. Rest is with you.
