Gsquare Housing — Refund of plot booked amount for cancellation of plot

I had booked a plot in one of the Gsquare project in Mysore in January 2022 2023. Paid Rs, 2, 50, 000 for advance booking of plot. The project was stopped in August 2023 and they closed their office at project site and moved out without settle the advance booking amount of Rs. 2, 50, 000 paid towards Gsquare Housing. I have attached all communication related to cancellation and followups for reference.
