Guess — Jeans Alteration at Palladium Mumbai

I wanted to say that the customer service of Guess at its Indian store in Mumbai - at Phoenix Mills - Palladium is very bad. The store manager Shilpa Khurana and other staff like Mr. Asif neither know how to service their customer or talk professionally. Moreover the tailor they use to make alterations to products like jeans does not know how to talk either. The tailor said that he would not alter the jeans because they were "stinking" - as in smelling bad. Really????????? Am I dreaming or this Guess?????????? Or a street-side shop with rude, insulting people who sell???? If they had a responsive customer complaints forum on their site, maybe they would fire these people and hire people who have better courtesy and respect for customers in general, and not such thick skins. Really my Rs. 5000 jeans don't seem so worth it anymore after the frustrating shopping experience I had at this store. Callousness, unprofessionalism and nonchalance is the order of the day here - to add to the insulting things the tailor said and insinuated. I guess you earn that when you work at such a big brand like Guess and then you overuse it. Regards, Maithili Chakravarthy.
