One month ago, I buy a pair of guess shoe from catania, Sicilia from Etnea street. I turn back to Turkey and wear 3 times. Unfortunately the shoe is rend. The name of my shoe was Brigitte Glitter Sneaker belongs to this season. I contact with Guess, they asked me the details and I replied, then they didnt care, didnt respond to my e-mails. I paid 110 € just 1, 5 month ago. This is my 10th guess shoe and first time I see this. I send several pictures of my shoes for several times and they are uninterested.
