Bought a pair of sunglasses from Lifestyle store in Ambience. The frame got dismantled on its own in the car from the hinges ( probably due to heat as the poor quality could not stand it)
When I gave it to Lifestyle store to fix it, the untrained people tried to do it on their own and probably damaged the same even further. Then they sent it to the so called company - Raunaq Optik India Pvt Ltd based at Kolkatta - who refused to repair or exchange it
And now the so called brands have nothing to offer in terms of either exchanging the sub quality product or replacing it. Feel should have bought a local pair - at least would not have been bothered for the quality and the price paid for such pathetic quality Was this information helpful? |
