Guess — the color of the watch chain faded within 20 days of purchase

Hi I had bought a guess watch from a multiplex mall in Chandigarh India. Now after 20 days its color started fading, no scratch or wear tear it just fade away. So I got back to the shop from i bought my watch, they took it and sent it for repair. After 15 days it came back with even more faded strap and uneven sized chain parts. I refused to accept the watch which is now in it worst condition and gave them for replacement, now again after few days the words came GUESS refused to replace the watch because of wear and tear, which in true ways is done by them . My experience 1 Bad product which gets fades within a month 2 For such a bad service to its customers Disappointed from guess product quality and service.
