Hi team,
I have booked the room in ooty on may 18 (Check in) - may 19 (Check out). They confirmed the availability and paid the cash on online.
While i reached with my family on may 18 hotel receptionist said that room is not booked under your name please check with booking agency.
I have spent more than 2000 rs to reach that hotlel also.
I have called the customer help desk, after 40 minutes one of the representative pick the call and informed booking was cancelled due to unavailability.
I have asked them once availability is there then only we could able to book the room. They said that host informed there is no availability we will arrange the alternative. Suddenly they disconnected the call. I tried to call so many times but they didn't pick the call.
I went with my family along with two kids (2 years baby and 9 year boy).
They are unable to go to rest room also. Front of the hotel we are standing more than 2 hours no one arrange anything.
Our vacation plan was totally disappointed due to this issue.
On that time my wife was on period days. She wants to refresh but no one assist the hotel.
I have sent so many mail to [protected]@guesthouser.com but didn't receive any mail from them.
Please could you take necessary action against this company and get the compensation amount from that company.
