Gujarat Council Of Science City — Why Cash NOT accepted

I went today to science city ahmedabad. I withdrew money from ATM for tickets in advanced. But On ticket window, I came to know They only accepts digital payment, No Cash Accepted.
This is really not accepted. No one can deny cash payment. This is out of rule. Please change this rule. It should not be mandatory.
