Gujarat Gas — Not getting new connection of gas till date inspite the fact that registration done on 8/04/21

Dear sir,

We have applied for new gas connection and applied on 08/04/2021. The cheque amount rs.5854 was also given. Still till date no connection was received. Many times complaints done on phone to customer care and also went to physically customer care at 150 ring road, Rajkot. Still no connection received.

Do needful at earliest.

Why status as 'mark as resolved'. The complaint is just filed. New connection is still pending.
