Mera aapse request hai ki please aap mera money mujhe mere account me bhej dijiye ya fir Exam ke form me submit kar dijiye

I filled Exam form of B.pharm sem 3 in GTU website on 29/01/2021 and had done a payment of RS 1025. The payment failed and money was also deducted. And the convocation hasn't filled yet. So i tried calling on GTU helpline number but no one is answering the phone. My Order number was: EXF1313346. My enrollment: 192860290118 Phone no. 7984002541 Please help me please
