Highly appreciate your assistance in tracking my baggage that's been missing over 8 days by now. Below are the details of my baggage. Airport Baggage service counter it telling not to come to the Airport until I get a SMS but no one is answering the phone numbers provided in the complain paper.

Type of Bag 2 : Black Cloth Material Hard case with Paper Tag names Stella and USA address on it.
