Dear consumer complain team
I called gulf air india office today and tolf to vhange my.ticdt from 5th august to 13th august and i agreed to pay fate chnage fees as per gulf air rules but they forcing me extra servuce charges 1500 rupee. ( tot 4 passenger) so 1500 x 4 equals total 6000 rupee fraudlent.
Actual amount to change date for poeple under single booking PNR shall be 33, 920 rupee which i am Ok to pay but they forced me to pay 39, 920 rupee that 6000 rupee extra as service feed per head which is fraud.
Pls tel gulf air india to refuns this money or else wil file case against them. Email id: gfres.[protected]@gulfair.com.
See attached proof gulf air screen shot only date change fees to be paid and no service charges fraud amount 1500 rupee per passenger. Or atleast one PNR max 1500 rupee i am ok not fot each passenger. See green circle rule and red line email by gulf air india fraud exyra amount.
