Is there any way we can report these to concerned authorities? If you know, please share it here.

Today, I just got call from "Gulf Job Services" and narrated me the same story.
I replied her ""No consultancy will charge any amount from candidate, As they have tie up with companies and get good Fees from them."
She keep on insisting me to pay just Rs.3500, Even she told that she write this in email what kind of services they provide for 5 years.
Then I told her "Why are you worrying about just Rs.3500, If i get job offer i will pay you 10 times of Rs.3500 i.e.. Rs.35000, Even I am ready to write this in email as an agreement."
Guess what happened... ?
She: "No Sir, we won't do that."
Simply disconnected the call.
Finally when i verified with this Forum, I felt very happy of being escaped to be one of their Victim.
