Gulshan Medicare — Payment made but receipt not provided in GAMCA Medical Center-Trichy

Dear Sir/Madam, Today dtd.19Apr21 my wife & kid visited Gulshan Medicare-Trichy for GAMCA Medical test. All the documents were verified & they confirmed ok & asked to pay fees of INR 5400/- for both INR 5200/- for wife & INR 200/- for daughter. They denied card transaction & asked to bring cash. My wife arranged cash & paid INR 5400/- & asked for receipt for which they replied they will not be able to give receipt as they are depended on their mumbai office. I spoke to the incharge & requested for receipt for which that madam replied there are cases for which GAMCA medical is done before one month & still receipt is not given. So please wait for minimum 20 days. I requested for their mumbai contact so as to request them for the receipt for which she denied. I searched online & took this no (+91) [protected], i spoke to her & requested for which she replied i have to ask trichy branch only. When i ask trichy branch they are asking to check with mumbai branch & when i asked mumbai branch they are asking to check with trichy branchy. This is not at all fair, i am an resident of coimbatore came to trichy for GAMCA paid the fees & requested for receipt for which i have paid money & the reply received is really harsh. The madam who spoke both trichy & mumbai were very harsh, they are saying this is what we can do, we will be able to provide only after minimum 20 days that too. I request your good office to kindly look into the same. Providing receipt for the fees paid after 20 days i think is not fair. Request you to kindly advise concerned to please provide signed & stamped receipt for INR 5400/- to my address and also please advise those madams not to be harsh atleast to customers & please atleat show some basic humanity, its my humble request.
