Guntur Municiple Corporation — Payment Debited but not credited to Merchant APDPMS

I have made payment of Rs 260497.00 on[protected] through HDFC net banking, Payment was showing as successful but merchant was not received showing as pending Can you please look this issue and resolve this ASAP as priority
