Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — Withdrawal for session 2023

I had applied for the offline withdrawal process which was after the spot round. The college first told us to go to the university and then the university told us to go to the college again. After submitting what they called an application for withdrawal, they said to keep checking the online portal for refund but the online portal shut down a few days after. When i visited the college for documents collection they said that i had applied for withdrawal before 31st December so I am eligible for the refund but it’s 8th march now still not even a single rupee of refund. Why is the university taking so much time? Some of the friends got different amounts of refund but i am yet to receive any. Please provide help and updates regarding the same. I applied for withdrawal on the 7th of December and it is still under the UGC guidelines for the refund date.
