Gvk Emri — Pf withdrawal issue_ap / kkp / 51616 / 6201

Dear team,

My self ms. Nayna vavadiya, done job from 23 / 08 / 2008 to 13 / 09 / 2009 for 1. 4 years at surat (Gujarat) location. But my pf is not able to withdraw from account. Earlier account was in ap / hyd / 51616 / 6201 but no showing account in ap / kkp location.

Also emri team is not replying for any mails and courier. Also i had filled up pf withdrwal form (Downladed from pf website) but gvk team is saying that this form is not valid you need to take form from andhra pradesh pf office. Suggest further, is it true or?
