When I decided to apply for a Trademark Registration, I thought it would be a straightforward process. However, my experience with H R Gupta and Company has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was initially optimistic when Mr. Sunny promised to deliver my desired Trademark within 2 days if I paid the fees. Unfortunately, after making the payment, I have been unable to reach anyone at the company. My calls and emails have gone unanswered, and when I did manage to speak to someone, they denied ever offering any services and even refused to issue a refund.
This whole ordeal has been a massive waste of time and money, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I would advise anyone considering using H R Gupta and Company to be cautious and do their research before handing over any money. The lack of transparency and communication from this company is unacceptable, and I regret choosing them for my Trademark Registration.
